Valley Art Association presents the Annual Sidewalk Chalk Art Festival on September 21st from 8:00am to 4:00pm in Forest Grove, Oregon. This is the 34th annual festival and is open to all ages and skill levels. It's a time to come and enjoy the day creating your own masterpiece on the sidewalk. There will also be featured artists, the balloon man, and entertainment. It's a fun filled day and people from near and far come to view the artwork during the event and for days afterward. It's a great community event for all.
