We are honored to welcome nationally renowned chef Amanda Freitag, who will collaborate with our Chef de Cuisine Jocelyn Chacón to present a one‐of‐a‐kind gastronomic experience. The evening begins with a cocktail reception, featuring canapés and a welcoming beverage. Guests will then enjoy a five‐course tasting menu inspired by the vibrant bounty of spring in the Pacific Northwest, and each course will be thoughtfully paired with exclusive wine selections to enhance the dining experience. This intimate experience will take place in our private dining room overlooking the Portland skyline, offering a stunning backdrop for an unforgettable evening.
