Join us for the 11th annual Portland Winter Light Festival, now entering its second decade of illuminating art and creativity.

This free and inclusive event will take place from February 6 - February 14, 2026, at various locations throughout the city.

Event Highlights:

Theme: “All The Little Things”: This year’s theme explores how the smallest things can carry the greatest weight—how insects have more power when they work together. How a tiny stone can reflect light, and how one memory can set you on a path to the future.

Festival Dates: February 6 - 14, 2026

• Anchor Sites Open: February 6 & 7and February 13 & 14 (Fridays and Saturdays only)
  6 - 10 PM at Pioneer Courthouse Square, World Trade Center Plaza, and Electric Blocks.

• Additional major installation sites include PSU, Director Park, Waterfront Park, Ankeny Alley, and Old Town.

• Glow Bar will be open

• Performances and Live Events: Times and specific locations will vary; see the Festival website for details.

• All Other Festival Pop-Up Locations: February 6 - 14, 6 - 10 PM unless otherwise noted

• A comprehensive map with all locations and hours will be released in January.
