Description
The Risk/Reward Festival of New Performance returns to PICA June 11–14, 2026, bringing together 15 Pacific Northwest artists across four days of performances, installations, and one full-length solo work. Each evening centers on five short performances (each under 20 minutes) presented back-to-back in The Annex, while installation work from three artists activates the warehouse throughout the night. On Thursday June 11 and Sunday June 14, solo performer Sarah K. Finn presents The Right Thing To Be Doing — a lecture-performance and fungal fantasy about climate doom, complicity, and interconnection. Saturday June 13 features two showcases from the Portland Drag Theatre Workshop (5pm and 10pm), presenting new theatrical works by Portland drag artists guided by Anthony Hudson (Carla Rossi) and Pepper Pepper. Tickets are pay-what-you-will. No one is turned away for financial reasons. risk-reward.org
